The newly renovated Atrium was the absolute bomb for partying with our friends. We had a blast dancing and chilling out there. Plus, the location was so clutch! Just a quick 3-minute walk from Lakeside Village Shopping Centre and only 20 minutes' drive from the airport. Perfect for hitting the shops and catching our flight without any stress. And let me tell you, the events and entertainment at this place were legit. We felt like we were partying at an award-winning club all weekend long. So lit!

If there's one thing we could've asked for, it would be for even more fun activities for young party-goers. While the hotel had great party spaces and entertainment options, we think having more options specifically designed for the young crowd would've taken our experience to the next level.

Friendly helpful & caring staff, took my cases to my room, collected them in the morning also. Room service food was exceptional, I had a warm roast vegetable salad with chicken. Spa bath was wonderful & I could still see the TV!! Free shuttle to the airport in a luxury coach, all at such a reasonable price. Thankyou, I will be back.

The Fitness has very limited opening hours, which are not mentioned in the description. On weekends, it closes at 5 pm and does not open until 8 am. We wouldn't have chosen this hotel. The checkout took a long time and the staff at the checkout was unfriendly.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The staff, particularly Ann-Marie, was incredibly helpful and ensured a smooth check-in process for me and my family. The hotel itself was amazing, with friendly staff and convenient restaurants nearby. This hotel is now my go-to choice in Melton and I will definitely be recommending it to others. The room was modern and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely spectacular. Despite a slight price difference, the service and facilities were first-class. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was spotlessly clean and modern. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shopping options in walking distance and easy access to transportation. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the cafe had a relaxed atmosphere.

Located on the outskirts of the city, which provided a peaceful environment for the new year's eve. The restaurant served delightful meals, and the staff was friendly. The pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a swim before the new year.

The room was too small, with a cramped bathroom. The air conditioning was not functioning correctly, resulting in a chilly room throughout my stay.

The hotel staff were so warm and friendly, it felt like they actually cared about making my stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the 11am check out gave me plenty of time to enjoy it.

This hotel was conveniently located nearish to the airport, perfect for early flights or when rain closes the airport. The nearby Watergardens Shopping Centre was convenient, where I was working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities including toiletries. The friendly staff provided a great service and the ample parking space was a bonus.
